Flight Automations:
Mission Control
Swarm logistics, RTK positioning, and autonomous return-to-base protocols.
Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) Navigation
Standard GPS is sufficient for general navigation but fails when agricultural applications demand sub-centimeter precision. RTK modules resolve this by receiving correctional data from a fixed ground base station or a network CORS.
This correctional telemetry counteracts atmospheric ionospheric delays, ensuring the drone perfectly aligns with adjacent flight paths. The result is zero overlap in spraying operations and perfectly stitched mapping outputs without jagged anomalies.
Swarm Command Software
Modern mega-farms require scalability. A single operator can manage an interconnected swarm of 3 to 5 heavy-lift agricultural drones simultaneously through central mission control software.
The system calculates optimal grid logic, splitting a 500-hectare field into efficient sectors. Drones communicate spatial boundaries, avoiding collisions and dynamically reassigning sectors if one unit returns for a battery or payload swap.
Automated Failsafes
Autonomous systems are underpinned by absolute safety logic. Key failsafes hardcoded into flight controllers include:
- Loss of Link (LoL): Auto-ascend to clearance altitude and return to designated home point via straight-line trajectory.
- Low Voltage Threshold: Predictive voltage mapping calculates wind resistance and distance, triggering a return-to-base sequence before critical battery depletion.
- Obstacle Avoidance: 360-degree binocular vision and millimeter radar override programmed routes to halt or bypass sudden physical obstructions.
